Carrick on Shannon Gardai appeal to parents to be aware of dangers of alcohol

The Garda Superintendent in Carrick on Shannon is raising concerns over the level of alcohol consumed by a group of teenagers over the weekend.

Four young people who were highly intoxicated were taken to Sligo General Hospital on Friday night following a youth disco just outside the town
