Dr. David Best: What does Recovery mean for Harm Reduction?

Dr. David Best is Reader in Criminal Justice at the University of Western Scotland. Previously, he was a senior Lecturer in addictions in the Department of Psychiatry at Birmingham University; he also spent then years working in research at the National Addictions Centre at the institute of Psychiatry in London. His research interests include drug and alcohol treatment, preventing drug-related deaths and assessing the drug-crime relationship.
