Dermot King, Ballymun Youth Action Project. Benzodiazepine - Whose Little Helper?

Dermot King is Director of the Ballymun Youth Action Project, a community response to drugs and alcohol. Previous to this position, he was Co-ordinator of URRUS, Ireland's Community Addiction Studies Training Centre, an initiative of the Ballymun Youth Action Project. URRUS provides training in addiction related topics to community members and professionals, and works from a community development perspective. Dermot is also Chairperson of the Policy and Research Sub Group of the Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force.
