HSE Drug Advice and Coronavirus COVID19

The HSE has released a poster to help people reduce the harms if using drugs during the current COVID-19 crisis.

As well as this information, please direct people towards the HSE COVID -19 information that can be found here

It is also important to remind people that using drugs alone can be dangerous due to the risk of overdose and lack of emergency help. In these cases, people should be advised to implement general harm reduction information such as using very small amounts, consider how they administer the drug and to use one substance at a time.

Get medical help by calling 999/112 if you or a friend become unwell or feel suicidal after using drugs.
