School drugs event open to parents and students

Parents of youngsters attending Mullingar’s second level schools are to get the inside track on substance abuse at a special evening at the school later this month.

On Thursday October 21 at 7.30 p.m., there are to be a series of talks at Coláiste Mhuire - and parents of pupils attending any second level school in the locality are welcome along.

Students are also welcome to attend the event, which has been organised by the Coláiste Mhuire Parents’ Council.
