Heroin criminalisation ‘not working’

The Learning Curve Institute today called for Ireland to adopt a radical new approach to heroin addiction.

The Institute , which provides training to addiction personnel on behalf of the HSE, said that the policy of criminalisation when it comes to heroin is not working.
