Gatekeepers Community Education Course announced for Edenderry, Co Offaly

 

GROW Community Mental Health Movement in conjunction with the Health Service Executive will hold a Gatekeepers' Community Education Programme in the Parish Centre, Edenderry starting on Wednesday 7th September at 7.30pm for five nights. 

The topics to be covered include Understanding Your Mental Health, Stresses and Challenges Facing Vulnerable People & Life Coping Skills & Strategies, Stress & Change, Suicide Bereavement & Loss and finally Substance Abuse & Testimonies.  

The course is free and all are welcome.
