Customs make crystal meth seizure worth €250k at Dublin Airport

Crystal Methamphetamine worth an estimated quarter-of-a-million euro was seized at Dublin Airport today in joint operation carried out by the Gardaí and officers from the Revenue Customs Service.

Approximately 2.5 kilogrammes of the drug, which is also known as ‘Ice’ or ‘Yaba’, was seized after it was discovered concealed in the framework of two suit cases that were being caried by a 39-year-old male who arrived in Dublin from Lesotho in Africa.
