Children’s lives afffected by drug abuse parents

Children whose parents use drugs and drink in excess, are more likely to have problems during their lives.

Joan O’Flynn, director of the National Advisory Committee on Drugs (NACD), has called for better partnerships between addiction services, children’s services and medical professionals, in order for children to be brought up in a more stable environment.
