Appeal to clubs over ASAP Policy

Now that the Club Championship season is underway an appeal is being made to all clubs to uphold a recommendation of the County and Club Alcohol & Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) Policy asking winning teams not to fill the cup with alcohol during post-match celebrations.

If this recommendation could be achieved it would be a major step in breaking the link between alcohol and sport and would give a good example to all players and supporters and in particular our youth.
