in several European projects and as Temporary Advisor to the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Senior Lecturer in Department of Applied Social Science, Lancaster University, U.K

Stephen Rowen
Trained clinical social worker, specialist in addiction and former clinical director of the Rutland Centre

David Mooney
Event Coordinator of "The Funky Seomra", An adult alcoholand drug free nightclub

Professor Joe Barry
Senior Lecturer and Head of Department of Public Health and Primary Care, Trinity College Dublin.

Aine O'Keeffe- Acting Manager, Tallaght
Youth Service, Foroige. Former involvement in delivery and co-ordination of education, prevention and youth initiatives within local and regional drug task forces.

Niall Lanigan
Associate Lecturer in Non-Profit Marketing and Fundraising, All Hallows College, Dublin. Experience in commercial sales and marketing roles for over twenty years.

Dr. Tanya Cassidy
A Chicago sociologist who has worked in Ireland since the early 1990s, a frequent contributor to both academic and media discussions of Irish drinking culture.
