An online system has been developed which allows reviewers to answer a series of questions based on the QuADS criteria. At the end of this review a report is automatically generated which identifies areas of excellence as well as areas for potential improvement. The process seeks the views of Managers, Service Users, The Board of Management, Staff and Volunteers, as well as incorporating a policy / file review as well as a premises observation. The system is designed to be repeated every two years.
