Women’s Programme for Addiction and Trauma launching in Limerick

Helping Women Recover

This is a free programme for women in early recovery or after treatment. 

Content

  • Delivered by experienced and sensitive female staff
  • Run in a safe and comfortable location
  • Acknowledges the challenges in women’s lives
  • Builds on the strengths of each woman
  • Is comprised of a 2 hour group, twice a week, including meditation and self-care exercises
  • Starts at the end of September 2014

If you are getting support from another service the programme will work in partnership with them, if this is your wish.

Helping Women Recover is a Programme run in partnership by PALLS, ALDP, ADAPT Service, NOVAS, NORTHSTAR, MWRDATF, Red Ribbon Project, LHAT, the Probation Service

The Programme covers: Addiction; Trauma; Self-Esteem; Relationships; Spirituality; Relapse; Sexuality
